No plans to choose between
Every site is built for one organisation, so a tier list would be guesswork dressed up as a price. We look at what you need and quote for it. Two numbers, both explained before you commit.
One-off
Design and build
Paid once, when the site goes live. It covers the conversations, the design, the building, and the rounds of changes until you are happy.
What moves the number is the amount of content and how much of it needs writing or reshaping. A ten-page school site with a prospectus to work from is not the same job as a one-page holding site.
Ongoing
Hosting and care
Paid yearly. It covers hosting, the HTTPS certificate and its renewals, backups, monitoring, and the changes you send us through the year.
Not metered by visits or storage. If your site has a good month we are pleased for you, and the price does not move.
Worth saying plainly
The domain stays yours
We will help you buy it and point it at the site, but it is registered in your name. If you ever leave, you take it with you and nothing breaks. We think holding a client's domain hostage is a poor way to keep them.
So does your content
Your words and photographs are yours. Ask and we will hand over everything we hold.
No charge until you approve it
The build is invoiced when the site goes live, and it goes live when you say it is right.
What we do not do
Online shops and payments, booking systems, and anything needing accounts for your own visitors. If that is what you need, say so early and we will tell you honestly that we are the wrong people rather than learn it on your budget.
Get a number
Tell us what the organisation does, roughly how many pages you imagine, and what you already have. We will come back with a real quote rather than a range.
